Gallant does not collect information on visitors to the site, with the exception of the online store, and we never intend to do so in the future without customer consent.

The website is GDPR-regulation compliant as of 2023. It currently has functionality which allows users to select light or dark mode. This remembers your choice based on your browser cache and does not use cookies.

In addition, with respect to privacy, any information passed on to us via email will not be shared unless the sender has consented, with the following exceptions: if it explicitly breaks the law or constitutes hate speech.

Webstore

Gallant collects information on shoppers’ names and e-mail addresses (for receiving receipt of purchase, and for receiving digital products such as ebooks), and name & physical addresses (only if a physical product has been purchased). Gallant will not store any personal information for more than 2 years. The webstore uses WooCommerce and is the only section of the site that uses customer information.

We use WordPress with third-party plugins, and although we re-check the site with every update, it is always possible that something falls through the net. Please let us know at gallant.indie@gmail.com if you notice any update may have affected our cookie policy.
